Maintenance Technician 3
In this higher level maintenance technician program, gain familiarity with electronic devices, basic digital logic, microprocessors and programmable controllers. Use the latest technology to align machine tools, and develop troubleshooting techniques and the ability to assess machine tool problems. Review the basic principles of liquid flow and their relationship to daily applications, and develop additional knowledge of hydraulic components and their operational functions.
Credits from this short-term certificate program may be applied toward the General Manufacturing AAS degree and other degree and diploma programs within the manufacturing area of the School of Applied Technologies.
