Electronic Systems Technician (Apprentice)

The Electronic Systems Technician four-year Registered Apprenticeship program prepares graduates to install and provide field service on products that transport voice, video and data signals. Apprentices receive experience and training in the following systems: fire alarms, intrusion detection, cable TV (CCTV), data networks, media management, telecommunications and digital control systems (DCS). Employers are non-union electrical and data communications contractors.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Algebra with a passing grade "C" or higher or equivalent
Meet required norms on aptitude test (if required)
Physically able to perform trade
Valid driver's license or reliable transportation
