Automation 4 - Industrial PLC
Study practical digital electronics including binary number systems, basic logic components and the more complex logic devices such as multiplexers, de-multiplexers, and analog/digital and digital/analog converters. Develop basic to more advanced skills in programmable logic controllers, explore advanced programming concepts and learn to program with the newest high-level programming language using the newest hardware automation controller platforms.
- Credits from this short-term certificate may be applied toward the General Manufacturing AAS degree and other degree and diploma programs within the manufacturing areas of the School of Applied Technologies.
