Introduction to Food Manufacturing
LTC’s Intro to Food Manufacturing certificate has been specifically-designed with employer input to provide the knowledge, skills and abilities essential to food production line workers in a variety of food manufacturing environments.
Three classes focus on sanitation, hazard analysis and high-speed packaging. This series of classes will give students a broad based overview of the food manufacturing production. This certificate is recommended for current food production workers looking to expand their knowledge and skills and for those interested in seeking employment with food manufacturing firms.
