ITC Dietary Manager / Food Service Supervisor
Dietary Managers are professional food service managers who supervise and oversee the dietetic services in long term care facilities, clinics, hospitals, schools, nursing homes,correctional facilities and other noncommercial food service settings. Graduates qualify to take the credentialing exam for CDM/CFPP certification. This program requires a field experience under the direction of a Registered Dietitian.
