The Composite Technology program prepares students to be successful in today's highly competitive world of aviation composite technologies. Supported by a background in composite theory, students will gain hands-on experience in all the stages of the aircraft's life from design to production and repair. Coursework in the associate degree program includes CATIA, composite fabrication, composite repair and lean manufacturing.
Start-up of the Composite Technology program has been through collaboration with Kestrel Aircraft Company of Superior, WI and a generous grant from the Great Lakes Higher Education Guaranty Corporation.
