Summer is the perfect time for career exploration
The school year is winding down and before you know it, your children will have nothing but time on their hands. So why not make the most of it by keeping them engaged and learning while having fun?
Several of Wisconsin’s technical colleges are hosting camps, workshops and other events around the state this summer. By encouraging participation, you can help facilitate career exploration.
With these hands-on learning activities, students are not only exposed to a wide range of skills and careers, but they also experience what it’s like to learn in a higher education environment.
We’ve compiled a list of events happening at several of our colleges this summer. To find out if your local college has summer options for your child, visit the school’s website or give them a call.
